I recently stayed at a charming guest house in a great location. The cleanliness of the place was exceptional, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to find a fridge stocked with snacks and breakfast items. Harry and Shirley, the hosts, were welcoming and respected my privacy throughout my stay, but were always there if I needed anything. it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend staying at Treetops Cottage At The Castle in Whitianga. I will definitely be returning!

Additionally, the cottage is spacious, offering ample room for comfort during the stay. The hosts are thoughtful and go above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, providing extras such as a full breakfast, fresh fruit, and even a bottle of wine and beers.

There were a limited variety of tea options available, lacking green tea or peppermint tea.

The value for money at Treetops Cottage was great! The room was comfortable with beautiful furnishings and a stunning view of the coast. The location was perfect, nestled in a peaceful bush setting. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

The only small improvement for breakfast selection would be to have a wider variety of pastries.

The facility is excellent and well-fitted, with a stocked fridge and a beautiful view. the hosts, Harry and Shirley, are welcoming and generous, providing local information and ideas. the cottage is tranquil, with only the sounds of night birds.

However, there were a couple of positive aspects. The view from the cottage was quite nice, offering a glimpse of the surrounding countryside. Additionally, the hosts were friendly and accommodating, trying their best to make us feel welcome. But, unfortunately, these few positive aspects were not enough to make up for the overall negative experience at this hotel.

The Easter stay at this place was a huge disappointment. The first issue was the terrible location - it was far from any attractions or amenities, making it inconvenient to go anywhere.
